Testosterone therapy for men
Physician-led testosterone therapy, with your blood work and consultation included. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is right for you.
Sound familiar?
It shows up as six things most men blame on age, stress, or a bad year.
Testosterone is a main driver of sex drive in men. A drop in desire is one of the most common signs of low testosterone.
Erections depend on blood flow, nerves, and hormones. Low testosterone can make erections softer and less frequent.
Low testosterone is linked with lower drive, a flatter mood, and trouble concentrating.
Low testosterone and extra body fat feed each other. Fat tissue turns testosterone into estradiol, which can push testosterone lower.
Testosterone helps your body build and keep muscle. Training hard without results can be a hormone signal.
Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms men with low testosterone report. Labs help separate it from other causes.

We follow the numbers
Your levels are trended through treatment, and your blood tests are included.
For illustration only. Individual results vary.
Blood work, included
To know whether you have low testosterone, we need a blood test. Because Live Vital trends your levels with treatment, your blood tests are included. The best way to start is with our hormone replacement therapy panel and the consultation that is included with your initial purchase.
Symptoms alone can't diagnose low testosterone
Low energy, low libido, and stubborn weight have many causes. Only a blood test shows whether your testosterone is actually low.
It shows whether treatment is safe for you
Testosterone therapy can raise your red blood cell count and affect your PSA and estradiol. We check all three before you start.
It's your baseline
Live Vital trends your levels through treatment. Your first panel is the number every future result is compared against.

Home blood test kit, shipped to you. Your consultation is included with your first order.
The treatments
There are two options for testosterone therapy. Your provider decides which, if either, is appropriate for you.
Option 1 · TRT
Injection or cream
You take testosterone directly to raise your levels.
Option 2 · TAT
Enclomiphene or HCG
The protocol stimulates your body to make its own testosterone.
Testosterone replacement therapy raises testosterone more directly than testosterone adjunctive therapy but may come with side effects such as decreased sperm count, decreased fertility, or testicular atrophy.
Pricing
Step 1 · Get started
$199
Home blood test kit, 7-marker panel, and a consultation with a Live Vital provider.
Your $199 goes toward your first quarterly program.
Step 2 · Your program
Program prices apply only if a licensed provider prescribes treatment. Includes your base medications and blood work. Adding HCG or enclomiphene to TRT costs extra. You and your provider choose your program at your consultation.

Sexual health
Low testosterone is one cause of softer erections and lower desire, but not the only one. If you want to be evaluated for ED or low libido on its own, you can start without the testosterone panel.
Your consultation is included with your first order.
Who built this
Live Vital was founded by Dr. Patrick Taylor, MD. Every plan starts with your symptoms and your blood work, and a licensed provider reviews your results with you before anything is prescribed. Not all patients qualify.

Consultation includedQuestions, answered
Getting started is $199 for your TRT/TAT blood test and evaluation, which includes your consultation. That $199 goes toward your first quarterly program. If a provider prescribes treatment, the TRT program and Testosterone Adjunctive Therapy are each $299 per quarter, which includes your base medications and blood work. Adding HCG or enclomiphene to TRT costs extra.
Symptoms tell us something may be off. Only a blood test tells us whether your testosterone is actually low, and gives us a baseline to measure your treatment against. Your first panel and your consultation are included with your initial purchase.
CBC, total testosterone, free testosterone, PSA, estradiol, SHBG, and albumin. Together they show your testosterone level, how much of it your body can use, and the safety markers we watch during treatment.
With TRT you take testosterone directly, which raises your levels directly but may lower sperm count and fertility and may cause testicular atrophy. Testosterone Adjunctive Therapy uses enclomiphene or HCG to stimulate your body to make its own testosterone, and typically raises levels less than TRT. You can choose one now or decide at your consultation. Your provider makes the final call.
Testosterone is a controlled substance, so we can prescribe it only in states where our clinicians hold the required controlled-substance authority. It is currently available in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin. Our ED and low libido treatments are available more widely; see our States page.
Possibly. If you want children in the next 24 months and you choose TRT, your provider will add HCG or enclomiphene to your plan, which costs extra. Testosterone Adjunctive Therapy is another option to talk through at your consultation.
Your provider needs your blood work results before your consultation. Your kit has to ship, you take your sample, and the lab runs it. Fourteen days gives all of that time to happen.
Some health conditions rule out TRT but not Testosterone Adjunctive Therapy, and the other way around. The safety check tells you which options are open to you. If neither is, our ED and low libido treatments may still be. Not all patients qualify for any program.
No. Our sexual health treatments have their own short intake and do not require the testosterone panel.
Yes. Live Vital trends your levels as you go, and follow-up blood tests are included in your treatment.
