The Live Vital lab panel is an at-home finger-prick kit. You order it in the portal, collect the sample at home, and send it back. Results appear in your portal account, read against Dr. Taylor's optimal ranges, alongside the therapies that may fit.
Every hormone program at Live Vital starts with this panel, and hormone programs re-test every 3 months. Only Live Vital labs are accepted; outside results are not used to start a program.

When results are in, you see each marker against Dr. Taylor's optimal ranges and which therapies may fit. If you want to pursue one, you answer a short medical intake and a licensed clinician reviews the request. Eligibility is decided by the clinician.
