Meet Dr. Pat Taylor
"After surviving cancer treatment, and overcoming Cushing's syndrome with a 100 pound weight loss, my passion for metabolic health and longevity has driven my medical training. I realized the traditional medical system wasn't built for optimization—it was built for sickness. I founded Live Vital to provide the proactive, data-driven care I wish I had."

Live Vital MD does not replace your primary care provider for uses such as cancer screenings, accurate blood pressure management, and/or specialist referrals. We also do not replace or offer emergency management of acute life-threatening conditions.
Before initiating treatment, we will provide informed consent for the risks, benefits, and limitations of telehealth.
We prescribe bioidentical hormone therapies—including testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and thyroid—along with peptide therapies (such as BPC-157, CJC-1295, GHK-Cu, and others) and metabolic agents including semaglutide and tirzepatide, when medically appropriate.
Live Vital MD offers a comprehensive range of evidence-informed options for hormone optimization, metabolic health, longevity, and healthy aging, all thoughtfully personalized to your physiology, goals, and clinical needs.
At Live Vital MD, we partner exclusively with 503A compounding pharmacies for all therapies. These pharmacies are regulated primarily by state boards of pharmacy and are required to comply with applicable USP standards. They utilize FDA-approved bulk substances or components that meet established regulatory criteria.
By contrast, so-called "research-grade" products are not intended for human use and do not meet the same safety, purity, or sterility requirements as medications prepared by 503A compounding pharmacies.
Many peptide therapies are not FDA-approved for the treatment or prevention of disease. However, there is a growing body of scientific and clinical evidence supporting their use in longevity, metabolic optimization, and recovery.
At Live Vital MD, peptide therapies are offered only under direct physician supervision and initiated after a thorough informed consent process, including discussion of non-FDA approval status, potential risks, benefits, and alternative options. All treatment decisions are made collaboratively with the patient.
